LONG TERM ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT CONTRACT (LTASC) III

Allied Technologies and Consulting (ATC) is one of 16 small businesses to receive an award from the NIH Office of Logistics and Acquisition Operations (OLAO). LTASC III is a multiple award IDIQ acquisition vehicle, to provide administrative services on a long-term basis across all Institutes, Centers and Offices (ICs) within the National Institutes of Health (NIH). LTASC III is 5-year competitive contract to provide Administrative Personnel for periods of at least twelve months.

The mission of LTASC III is to provide qualified and cost-effective administrative support personnel, either on a full-time or part-time basis, along with a contractor management infrastructure to support the customer. The long-term nature of the vehicle offers continuity for the NIH and helps retain experience and knowledge.

Fast Facts about LTASC III

LTASC III 101:   LTASC III is a multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle with a period of performance of five (5) years. The contract vehicle is effective as of March 27, 2023 and will expire on March 26, 2028.

Supporting Small Business:  LTASC III vendors are all small businesses that can team with larger vendors to perform the work required. They identify as one or more of the following small business categories: HUBZone, WOSB, EDWOSB, VOSB, SDVOSB and/or SDB.  ATC is a SDVOSB and a SDB.

Labor Categories:  Support under this contract is provided through several labor categories including the following:

  • Administrative Assistant 1 (Admin 1)
  • Administrative Assistant 2 (Admin 2)
  • Senior Administrative Assistant (Admin 3)
  • Executive Assistant (Admin 4)

A Contractor Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager will be involved to manage the administrative personnel.
