The Support Agreement Management Specialist will provide comprehensive support agreement coordination for NAMRU-D in accordance with DoD and DoN policy and processes. The position is based onsite at Naval Medical Research Unit Dayton (NAMRU-D), Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Responsibilities include the following:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Document, review, track, coordinate, and route internal and external support agreements, including ISSAs, IGSAs, MOAs, and MOUs.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of active, pending, and expiring support agreements relevant to the command.
- Monitor expiration dates and initiate renewal or close-out actions to keep agreements accurate and on schedule.
- Review support agreements for consistency with higher-level agreements and notify the Government of conflicts or inconsistencies.
- Prepare and complete required documentation, including DD Form 1144 and Treasury Form 7600A/B, in coordination with Government stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties such as NMRC, BUMED, and service providers to support routing, training, and final approvals.
- Maintain a digital support agreement repository with version control, status tracking, audit trails, and weekly status updates.
- Identify opportunities to consolidate or standardize support agreements to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree or higher in a related field required.
- Two (2) years of relevant experience in acquisition and procurement fields.
- Familiarity with regulations such as the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
- Excellent interpersonal, oral communication, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of procurement record management.
- Ability to track multiple agreements, deadlines, approvals, and documentation requirements.
- Must qualify for CAC issuance and IT access and comply with DoD, DoN, NAMRU-D, cybersecurity, and OPSEC requirements.
