The SharePoint Webmaster / IT Solutions Specialist will manage and maintain the NAMRU-D SharePoint-based intranet and support no-cost/low-cost IT solutions that improve command information management, business processes, and workflows. The position is based onsite at Naval Medical Research Unit Dayton (NAMRU-D), Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Responsibilities include the following:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage and maintain the Command’s SharePoint-based intranet in compliance with DoD, DoN, WPAFB, and command governance and security requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT capabilities and functionalities that enhance, streamline, or automate command information management and business workflows.
• Use approved enterprise tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related low-code/no-code applications.
• Maintain access logs, governance reports, UAT summaries, audit trails, and current site content.
• Coordinate with Government IT personnel and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements and security expectations.
• Provide customer-focused support for SharePoint pages, workflows, and command information-management tools.
• Ensure proposed functionality is subject to final Government approval before implementation

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in information technology.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
• Server management experience or knowledge.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with SharePoint administration, Microsoft 365, workflow automation, and governance documentation strongly preferred.
• Must qualify for CAC issuance and IT access and comply with DoD, DoN, NAMRU-D, cybersecurity, and OPSEC requirements.
